Many guests choose to dine out while traveling, but another option they may not think of, is taking a cooking class. A class lets you get hands-on, meet other students and learn new recipes and skills. We highly recommend the BCAE (Boston Center for Adult Education) just a few minutes away from the Inn. They offer a wider variety of one-night cooking classes focused on different cuisines. Classes run from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM and typically include three courses that you make and eat -- while enjoying a few glasses of wine during the process. If cooking isn't you're thing they also offer Wine Tasting and Mixology classes. Stir in the South End is another great option. However, they tend to book very quickly and reservations aren’t always available at the last minute -- so early reservations are recommended. You view the full schedule for the BCAE at bcae.org and for Stir at stirboston.com.
Below are some of the classes that we've been eyeing for March and April:
Here at the Inn we're always looking for the best activities in Boston for our guests to enjoy. If you'd like assistance planning an upcoming trip to the city please call us at 617-236-8099.
